Paroli

Paroli turns a phone line into a community radio station. No smartphone, app or internet connection is needed. Anyone with a basic phone can call in, listen and respond.

It is integrated into core operations at Oxfam Bangladesh and Caritas Nepal, and reaches communities that mainstream digital platforms miss.
